We allow you to return all kinds of items except socks, shoecare products, and free items within 15 days from the date of receipt. You’ll receive a full refund for the purchased item, including items bought on sale. This refund amount will be credited to your account as ‘Redmax Credit’ or to your original payment method used at the time of placing the order.

All items that you wish to return must be in their original condition and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact (for example, if you want to return shoes, they should be packed only in their original shoe box). Be careful to pack the items securely to prevent any damage or loss during transit. For all self-shipped product returns, we recommend using a reliable courier service.

    To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience with RedmaxStore.com, we have provided you with the option of returning products as conveniently as possible in a transparent manner. Your return is eligible only if it’s in a re-saleable and unused condition. A return request can be placed either through My Account or customer care within 15 days after receiving your product.

  3. What items can I return?

    You may return ordered products within 15 days of delivery. Returned products should be unwashed, unused, and have all original tags and packaging that the products were shipped with.     It could take approximately 7 to 10 days for RedmaxStore.com to receive the product you returned, depending on your location and the courier service used. Upon receipt, we will process and inspect it within the next 48 hours to ensure you get your refund quickly.

  6. How long will it take to receive the refund for the returned product?

    After the refund has been initiated by RedmaxStore.com as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in your account according to the following timelines:

    • Redmax Credit: Instant
    • Paytm Wallet: Instant
    • Online Refund: 7 to 10 working days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner
    • COD Refund: 10 to 15 working days after receiving bank account details from the customer

    Please note, RedmaxStore.com initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary based on the courier partner's time to deliver the return to a Redmax warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, RedmaxStore.com may, at its sole discretion, request you to share a screenshot of your bank statement.

  7. Will you charge me for returning the products?

    RedmaxStore.com will arrange a reverse pickup from the customer's delivery address, and the return cost will be borne by RedmaxStore.com.

  8. How will you refund me for my return?

    After successful processing, the entire refund amount, that is, the price of the item, will be allocated to you in your Redmax Credits for making subsequent purchases on www.redmaxstore.com or to your original payment method used while placing the order.

  9. Can I exchange my product?

    If you have ordered a size that is too small or too big, we will replace it for you, but you will have to follow the process outlined in the Return Policy and place a new order on www.redmaxstore.com.

    This is a rare instance. If this does happen, you are free to return the product, and we shall refund your amount into your bank account or as Redmax Credit after product quality verification.
