At RedmaxStore.com, we aim to deliver the products you purchase as quickly as possible and in excellent condition. For every purchase of Rs. 499 or above, we will deliver your order to your doorstep free of charge. A shipping fee of Rs. 49 will apply to every order under Rs. 499.
If an order gets cancelled, undelivered, or lost in transit to your preferred destination, we will refund the entire order amount, including shipping charges. If you cancel a portion of your order, the shipping charges will not be refunded. If you return the delivered order, the original shipping charges won’t be refunded. However, if you choose to self-ship the returns, you will be reimbursed according to our Returns Policy.

How long does it take for an order to reach me?

Does Redmax deliver products outside India?
Redmax does not deliver products outside India. Orders can be placed from anywhere in the world, but the delivery address must be within India.

I have ordered from Redmax before, but I’m unable to place an order to the same address now. Why?
Some pin codes that were previously serviced by Redmax are now unserviceable due to courier issues. If you try to place an order with these pin codes, we will be unable to fulfill the order. Your website states dispatch within 24 hours, but delivery takes longer. Why?
We process orders and ship them out of the Redmax warehouse within 24 hours. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4 to 7 working days to reach the delivery address.
